Crossings at WaterSound B105 is spectacular, spacious, and beautifully furnished and equipped. The view of the Gulf and the sunsets is a knockout. The beach is particularly private, the water pristine. We were lucky to be there when a record 5" snowfall paid a visit. Snow on palm trees is a rare sight and we enjoyed it all. Our time in B105 was a reinvigorating experience and we can't wait to return.

I had the pleasure of staying at condo B105 at Crossings at Water Sound in August. I couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations or setting. First, the condo is gorgeous. It is beautifully furnished and has a sophisticated beach feel to it. The townhouse layout, with most bedrooms on the ground floor, provided lots of privacy for everyone in our group, but there were also so many common areas to gather – the dining room table (or what we called the jigsaw puzzle table), a nice breakfast nook, an airy living room with super comfortable sectional couches and a TV, and the outdoor terrace, where we enjoyed coffee and beach views in the mornings and dinner at night. There are a ton of good restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops and stores nearby if you do want to venture out. There is a good-sized pool close to the condo. The beach, truly one of the prettiest anywhere in the world, is just a short walk along the walkways snaking over the dunes. It was a relaxing vacation, in large part because this is such a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful, spotless unit, perfect for several families Kitchen is very well equipped with high end appliances. Gorgeous view over the pool to the beach. Watersound is secluded and quiet with plenty of private beach but within bike distance to Seaside or Rosemary.

We love The Bridges/Crossings area. The location is great with a nice areas to walk after dinner. The beach is perfect if you don’t mind the jaunt. We loved the back door access/walkway to the pool too. Nice unit.!

An absolute paradise!! A gated, quiet community. Beautiful patio scenery! It feels like you are there all alone! The condo is always immaculate, we are repeat customers!! The pool is 10 steps out of one of the bedroom doors and the PRIVATE BEACH isn’t much further! I’m telling you, heaven on Earth.

Wowza! Luxurious Condo! This beautifully decorated two level condo is luxury at its finest! Spacious bedrooms with comfy bedding on both floors in an all white setting are eye candy. The scenic views of the beach and ocean are breathtaking. The beach is more secluded than others along 30A shores that we've experienced and the planked walkway provided lovely views of the dunes and WaterSound property. The heated pool is accessible from the master bedroom on the first floor and is an added bonus that was never crowded and reminiscent of a huge hot tub. This beach home is a sight to behold with its beautiful decor and amenities. It was a pleasure to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening overlooking a pristine ocean while viewing the gorgeous sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and enjoyed several of the outstanding restaurants located in close proximity to WaterSound. I strongly recommend 105B The Crossings and give it my highest 5 star rating! It was a first class experience! Those who experience the beach in this awesome atmosphere are in for a real treat!

If you are looking for a luxurious condo on an uncrowded, beautiful Gulf beach, B105, The Crossings at WaterSound awaits with all you could wish for. Big and bright with views of the beach and Gulf, this two story unit has it all. Downstairs features three spacious bedrooms with bath, a double bunk room for the youngsters, and a laundry. Two of the bedrooms open onto a deck just steps from the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Upstairs the modern kitchen has upscale appliances, a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator freezer and ASCO dishwasher. A cozy breakfast nook seats four. The open dining-living area is flooded with light from wraparound floor to ceiling windows and opens onto the second floor deck which is perfect for sunset cocktails and al fresco dining. The huge master bedroom suite has French doors that open onto the deck and bring the sight and sounds of the Gulf inside. The beautiful marble bath features dual sinks, an enormous shower, free-standing tub, and a private w/c. Two walk-in closets have space galore. The king bed is exquisitely comfortable. The beach here is a rare find on 30A, the white powder-sugar sand and crystal clear water you love, but without the crowds. You will actually find some privacy here. Whether you need a getaway for two, or a family vacation for ten, B105 has it. Five stars!

Special Thanksgiving Getaway!

Thanksgiving is always a very special holiday for our family as it allows us to collectively gather and gives us the opportunity to express our thanks and gratitude for all the blessings in our lives. This year's Thanksgiving was even more special and declared our “Best Ever” as we enjoyed our family holiday at the beach in Santa Rosa. The condo that we stayed at was located in The Crossings at Water Sound Beach unit B105. The unit comfortably housed 8 adults and 2 children and it was so nice that my family didn't want to leave at the end of our week. The entire condo was well furnished, immaculately clean, and everyone even bragged about how comfortable their beds were. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal and even had two coffee pots, with one being a Keurig. The addition of a washer-dryer provided another home-style type convenience. The entire family took advantage of the heated pool and we enjoyed several evenings at the outdoor grill and wood burning fireplace. An unexpected benefit was the bicycles that were included with the condo. We were able to ride through the complex and because it was gated and very secure, the children were able to play without constant supervision. The beach was a simple walk from our unit and because access was available only to registered guests, the beach was extremely private. The wooden walkways that meandered through the complex were very scenic as well, as they took you past beach dunes, lakes and some beautiful homes. It was an awesome week and my son said it best when he said his Thanksgiving week felt like, "Heaven on the Beach". Thank You Royal Destination for a beautiful vacation week and please provide our family's very Best Rating for all to see for unit B105 so others can enjoy the same family experience that we enjoyed.

The week I spent at B105 was probably the most relaxed I have been in years. It is a gorgeous place to unwind. There are sweeping views of the sugar sand beach and Gulf from the upper porch, where we enjoyed morning coffee and many fun dinners. The townhouse has a sophisticated beach decor and an airy feel. The layout was ideal for our group. The open living and dining area upstairs (again with views!) was a comfortable place to watch a movie, do a puzzle, and have cocktails. Every bedroom (except the bunk room) has its own bath, so we were all able to retreat to our own quarters if we wanted to nap or read a book, or just needed some privacy. The palatial primary suite on the second floor is beautifully appointed with two sinks, a soaking tub, a large shower, and two huge walk-in closets. Best of all, you can see the ocean while lying in the super comfortable bed. There are many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby, but honestly, once we got settled in it was hard to leave. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the appliances are top-notch. There's a full-size washer and dryer, which came in handy with our crowd. The seaside surroundings make it a gorgeous place to go for a morning walk or just laze by the pool. And most importantly, if you love the beach--which we do--it is just a short stroll down the boardwalk to one of the prettiest you will find anywhere.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This beautiful beach condo was perfect for our family getaway vacation. There was more than enough room for our family of seven—the bedrooms and spacious living areas are luxurious and comfortable. The beach view from the living room and balcony took our breath away as soon as we arrived. Having such easy access to the beach was a game-changer for our five kids as they were able to come and go easily, and the beach was not crowded at all even on a holiday weekend. We made good use of the pool, which is a few steps from the lower porch. The premises are well laid out and are safe enough that our kids enjoyed heading out on exploratory “adventures” on the pathways and boardwalks. The included bikes were a hit. The location could not be more perfect—cloistered, but close to Rosemary Beach’s restaurants and shops. We could not have been more pleased with this condo, and we recommend it highly to any family.

Amazing condo with lots of room, a wonderful view, and a great location. The kitchen is well stocked so that you can cook in the condo and spend more time on the beach. It’s a short walk down the boardwalk to a relatively uncrowded beach. This is a great place to have a relaxing getaway but is situated minutes from the hustle and bustle of 30a for those who want a bit more action. Lots of great restaurants located nearby as well as fun activities if you want to get away from the beach part or all day. We will definitely be going back!

Awesome condo! From the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful ocean views from the main floor, we knew it was going to be a great vacation. The condo is very clean and well stocked. The layout was great with plenty of room and privacy for our party of 8. The beds were also very comfortable, which isn’t often the case in vacation rentals.The large pool is conveniently located directly in front of the unit. And while we were there during a very busy week in June, the pool was never too crowded. There is a second pool, which was just a short walk away, as well. The beach is accessed via a nice boardwalk and my 76 year old mother was easily able to enjoy time on the beach. We were very pleasantly surprised to pretty much have the sand to ourselves. There are a few umbrella rentals located right as you exit the boardwalk, but then there is much more space available to set up your own chairs and umbrella. We took our own tent, but I think if you rented an umbrella, there was only a single row of chairs - no sitting on the second row where you can’t even see the water! We didn’t know an area with so much beach space existed on 30A!The condo is centrally located along 30A. We took advantage of the provided bikes and biked to both Seaside and Rosemary. The Big Chill is an easy walk (less than 10 minutes) or bike ride away. You really don’t need to get in the car once you settle in for the week. The private Watersound community is very safe and we were quite comfortable with our children exploring on their own.There is storage space in the garage for your beach gear so that you don’t have to bring any of that in the condo. The provided bikes were also stored there. We did have a flat tire on a bike one day and the Royal Destination team quickly had that repaired.We did a little fishing in the adjacent lake and caught a few small fish. While we didn’t try it, we saw several people paddle boarding and kayaking. The lake can give a nice change of pace from the ocean without having to drive.Definitely a great condo in a perfect location!

Thank You for an awesome family vacation week in condo B105 at The Crossings in WaterSound!The tone of many vacations is set with a first impression and our first thirty minutes was awesome. The security guard check in, and the security gates surrounding the property immediately let us know that our week would be worry free for our grandson. I alsoloved the private parking that was provided in the front of the condo's garage door. It got even better when we walked into the condo. The unit was clean and it's furnishings looked like a fashion magazine and my wife immediately began taking pictures with plans of updating our home's appearance and furnishings when we returned home. The view of the pool, beach and the Gulf were awesome and further complimented the decor and set the stage for a great week.The area outside the condo was full of entertainment and good restaurants, but we stayed together as a family most of the week in the condo as the kitchen was fully equipped and provided all the needed utensils to prepare and serve our meals in style. I was also impressed with Nicole from Royal Destinations as she checked in via text throughout the week to ensure everything was great. Her communication ensured easy and clear instructions to everything including the bicycles that were made available with the condo. In fact, the first morning of our stay, a gentleman stopped by to perform a safety inspection on the bicycles and to ensure all tires were properly inflated. WOW!We enjoyed the heated pool and my grandson and I took advantage of the grass next to the pool by tossing the football back and forth. We didn't use either of the two gas grills that were readily available, but Mr. Jim from maintenance had them sparkling clean and ready for use. We did however use the fireplace each evening in the pool area and Mr Jim made sure we had firewood to make it easy on us.The walkways provided for beach access were safe and private and made for a short and scenic walk to the beach.After a full day of beach, pool and/or biking, the bathrooms and showers in each room were awesome and the beds at the end of the day were comfortable and provided a restful night.When the vacation time came to a close, my family was boohooing as they weren't ready to leave, but the week was so special that everyone requested we return and make this our annual go to vacation spot.Thank You again for an awesome family vacation!

Fantastic condo with great views of the beach! The property is clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware for those that like to stay in and cook. It is a short (250-300 yard) & easy walk along the community boardwalk to the beach. Because the only beach access is from inside the private community, the beaches are not very crowded, compared to the rest of 30A. The pool is right next to the condo which made for really nice evening swims for the kids after a fun day on the beach. We will definitely be returning to this condo next year.

I have been visiting the beaches of 30A each year for 21 years. There is no place I’ve stayed in Florida prior to these years that comes close to comparing to this condo. The cleanliness of it, as well as the decor, is fabulous!! You have everything you can possibly need provided. Just bring yourself and your groceries!! The view from the porch is breathtaking, and enjoying a meal there is perfect. The walk to the beach is so pretty, and once you are there, you feel like it’s your private beach, unlike the crowds at the beaches on Beach Front Road!! My pick now every year is right here for my family vacation.

I have been lucky enough to stay in B105 The Crossing four years in a row. The condo is lovely and the view is spectacular. I love sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. We ate most of our meals outside. It's close to the pool and beach. There is everything you need to make your stay easy and fun--from a well equipped kitchen to tvs in every room to a washing machine and dryer. I don't know why you would want to leave, but it is also close to a huge choice of restaurants and shops. I can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed staying in our beach view Watersound condo rental this summer! The Bridges buildings are built very solid so you don’t hear any neighbors or very much external noises. The decor and furnishings are fresh and beachy. We would probably have chosen more comfortable lounging furniture for the back deck but that did not keep us from going out there daily to sit and enjoy the view. It would be nice if Watersound Bridges had more bike racks nearby to chain our bikes out-of-the-way since parking is very limited and the bikes needed to take up some space in front of our garage that we could not open and access. That would’ve made a difference as well, accessing the garage to store things during our stay. Otherwise it was amazing! I already submitted a suggestion for a new Mr. coffee coffee pot.

The townhouse was beautiful and clean. We loved our stay. The walk to the beach was about a mile on a curvy walkway. That was a disappointing surprise. Also, the pool was closed the whole time we were there. Only small pools were available.
