This newly redecorated home features a relaxed, casual coastal design and a spacious family friendly layout that will make your cares slip away. A farm style table and kitchen with all the amenities round out a living space for intimate gatherings or multi-family meals. The Preserve at Grayton Beach is a quiet, gated community complete with two pools (one heated) and tennis courts. This home features ample parking, an outdoor grill and outdoor shower with mudroom entry. Come and enjoy a relaxing piece of coastal living!

Neighborhood Guidelines-
The Preserve at Grayton is a HOA governed, gated community featuring deeded beach access, community pools, pickleball courts. Please note the following important guidelines:
- Space for parking 4 vehicles is provided; 2 on the drive and 2 on the shoulder of the street. No boats, trailers, or RVs are permitted overnight. Failure to comply may result in fines. Rental golf carts are not permitted. The homeowner offers a 6-seater golf cart for an additional rate.
- Community quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am daily.
- All garbage must be placed in a fully closed and fully secured trash receptacle due to wildlife in the area. Trash pick up is on Monday and Thursday and trash should be put out after 5pm the day prior and brought in by noon the following day. Failure to comply may result in fines.
- Do not hang towels on the railings of the porch. Failure to comply may result in fines. An outdoor shower and space for storage of beach gear is available at the back entry of the home.
- This home features exterior cameras for security.
- In addition to the parking for 4 vehicles, the homeowner stores a vehicle at the property that will not interfere with your stay.

Our stay at Blissful Beach was wonderful! The location was perfect for our family to come and go to the beach. The Grayton community was in a good location to visit neighboring towns yet offered less traffic and congestion like other beach areas we have frequented. The home was perfect for our family of 9. I was great. The house is beautiful with lots of rooms and beds. The subdivision is great with pool and tennis courts. Location is great and sits in the middle of two popular areas for restaurants, shopping and additional beaches.

Great End of Summer Stay

This property looks just as it does in pictures, but the pictures do not do it justice! The home is very roomy and come with bikes, games, and an abundance of beach toys/accessories! Best thing is the community is in biking distance from the public beach as well as a nice ice cream/donut shop (definitely worth the ride). Only down side is the tv is mounted BEHIND the door in the master bedroom...hard to watch tv without having the door completely closed (which is nearly impossible if you have small children like me)

Great family vacation to Grayton Beach

Blissful Beach home was fantastic. Loved the 3rd floor deck and sound system in the house. Also used the 4 bikes. Access to private beach was important bc public beach was crowded. Property description says it comes with rental of 2 chairs and umbrella but unfortunately the rental service is at the public beach and must be used at crowded public beach. So we opted to rent chairs and umbrella at the private beach. Had a couple of small maintenance matters that were promptly addressed. We visited nearby Seaside and found it much more crowded/lines of people everywhere and lots of traffic. We were happy to be staying at the Preserves at Grayson Beach.

We had a great week. The house was great and beds were comfy. I would only suggest that the blinds be replaced or covered with drapes as the bedrooms were very bright during the daylight and during the dark hours with street lights and neighbor lights shining brightly. Privacy was an issue at night.

Blissful Beach was great for a Blissfilled Week

After we got the few kinks with Keys and The golfcart sorted out we had a Great Time!!! Communitcations with management was awesome. They were quick to respond. We had our 87 and 82 year old parents with us and a 4 month old so we stayed pretty much quarantined. The house was very clean. The 3 couches in the den made fami,y time comfortable and the beds slept Great!!! The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is HUGE So we shared with our girls since the shared bath was a little “too shared” We loved having the bonus of the daybed and half bath in what I called the crows nest since my daughter brought her boyfriend and it gave him some privacy. We didn’t use the deck because of the heat and we wished for ceiling fans on the front porch for the same reason. The Preserve is quiet and we liked being in a gated area with not too many houses. Having access to the private beach was a must as Blue Mountain Beach where the beach chairs are located is a hike on foot and way too many people because it’s a public beach. You can get there by bike or a short golf cart ride but go early to find a place to park. We chose to rent chairs at the private beach access which were quite expensive but with a Baby and Great Grands it was worth it. The Preserve has 2 small private pools which were fine for our purposes but with Covid occupancy was limited to 10 and there were 9 of us lol!The only complaint I have is the kitchen was kinda small for our crew and I would have liked it to have more pantry and cabinet storage.Blissful Beach was Great and Grayton Beach is Beautiful. We will be back.

Great Place for Family Vacation!

The house is lovely, well located, and very clean. There was plenty of room for our group of ten. The beach was a bit of a walk, but well worth it. The few problems we had when we first arrived were handled quickly and courteously. (We needed new codes for the entrance gate, a plumber to clear sluggish drains in showers, and a baking dish.) Recommendations: additional smaller frying pan and dish towels, adjustable shower heads in hall baths due to the extreme water pressure that feels like a “sandblaster.”

Amazing from start to finish

The owners are so incredibly accommodating and truly want the best for their guests. Beautiful home, lots of space and all of the ladies had an amazing time. Especially like the ability to walk out to beach and to the pool! Overall amazing start to finish!

Our family had a great experience - the house was perfect and the location (private beach) was exactly what we were hoping for - the heated pool was a nice place for the kids!

With both the street and the beach access being gated, it keeps the crowds and traffic away. The private beach is one of the nicest on 30A and just down from Grayton State Park beach, voted one of the "Top Ten Most Beautiful Beaches" in the U.S.. Having the heated pool is a great treat for the family in the winter and the second pool is a great choice during the rest of the year. The third floor deck is a great place for the family to watch some wonderful sunsets while relaxing at the end of the day or for the adults to enjoy themselves later at night. Blissful Beach does make for a blissful vacation and we at Royal Destinations look forward to helping you have another.

There are just a few things that need to be addressed in the house that can make this a 5 star rental. The property management and customer service are great. It only has 1 true master bedroom with an enormous closet and bathroom.

It doesn't take much to say that this vacation and vacation home was nothing short of amazing. The lady that helped me out was professional and very helpful, making the trip that much better. My family and I LOOOOVED everything about it and thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip. We'll be back, Blissful Beach!

Loved Blissful Beach!

Blissful Beach is very well maintained, from the landscaping to the interior decor. When we arrived everything was immaculate. The inside looked exactly like the photos on the website. The whole neighborhood was so nice. Once you leave the neighborhood you are right on the bike/walk trail of 30a, very convenient. Our whole family had such a great time and we had plenty of space inside. The only thing we didn't like was the transparency of the blinds throughout the house. We didn't mind it at all in the common rooms but it was a problem in the bedrooms and especially the master bathroom. If it's nighttime and your lights are on, you can see in. When you get out of the master shower, there's a full window that looks into the house next door. Thankfully there was no one next door at the time and we took showers when it was still light out so the blinds provided enough coverage.Also, this rental uses keys instead of a code to get in and out. Most rentals we have had do not use keys which makes it a little easier. But certainly not a deal breaker for renting this home. And everyone at Royal Destinations were professional and got back to you quickly. We had a great vacation at Blissful Beach and 30A!!!

Beautiful and Fun!

Our group of 11 had a fabulous time in this home. It is extremely spacious and comfortable. It's beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Pros:*gorgeous home*bikes *crow's nest at top of house - fun, fun, fun! *private beach*ample/comfortable seating for large groups *comfortable beds and linens*property management team was friendly, helpful, and very responsive Cons:*pretty hefty walk to beach - not terrible for most, but way too much for 80 yr old*window coverings do not block light - wake up at sunrise!*shower heads do not swivel or adjust water stream which makes it hard to wash off sandOverall, we were very happy with the house and area; we plan to return next year.

It is a prefect house for a shared vacation . The gated neighborhood is away from the crowds while still being in the middle of 30A. It was good to read that you were able to take advantage of the bike trail to check out all the great shops, restaurants, and parks that are in the area. Grayton Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, and Blue Mountain Blue are all within an easy bike ride. The private beach is one of most picturesque on the Emerald Coast and the nearby Grayton Beach State Park beach has been voted one of the best beaches in North America. We look forward to seeing you again real soon.

Great House for music �� lovers

We stayed @ Blissful Beach 6/24-7/1. The location was perfect and the house has speakers throughout which made it great for grilling out and playing games w/ the teenagers. Easy boardwalk access to the beach and two community pools to cool off in after a hot day @ the beach. Private beach acess meant that the beach was not crowded. The kids had plenty of room to play Spikeball all week. Definitely one of our favorite 30A spots.

Situated in the Preserve, between Grayton, Redfish Village and the famous Blue Mountain Creamery, Blissful is the perfect place to bring the family and friends to enjoy the 30A vacation. Also, centrally located on 30A, you will have easy access to other popular 30A hot spots as well. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are all within biking distance or short car rides over. The private Beach access puts you on one of the most beautiful beaches near Grayton State park. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Perfect Getaway!!

We couldn't believe how much space this house had! It was perfect for 3 couples to share together and we still had room! There were so many nice touches! Every bedroom has a flat screen tv. The kitchen was fully stocked so we cooked several meals and saved $$. The whole house is decorated really well and you just feel at home. We also had bikes and beach chairs included in the rental which was a really nice touch.

I know that was nice to have after running in your race on 30A. Being located in The Preserve gives you the best of both worlds while at the beach. The house is located in Grayton between Blue Mountain and Seaside so that puts you in the middle of all the great things on 30A. You are just a bike ride away from great shops and places to eat, as well as wonderful trails in the State Park. The gated walk to the beach puts you on one of the best beaches along the Emerald Coast. The Preserve is also great with its two pools and gated streets. It is a nice surprise to be on quiet street where the kids can play ball in street while you still look over 30A. We are so glad that you enjoyed your visit on Blissful Beach and we look forward to seeing you again real soon at the beach.

Blissful Beach is a beautiful home!

The home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only problem was with the beach chairs and bikes. We arrived on Thursday and the bikes didn't arrive until Friday night. We were told that the chairs would be at Blue Mountain beach. We had to find parking, walk our stuff and kids to the beach and then check all of the chairs at Blue Mountain. I was told our chairs had been brought to Gulf Trace. We had to pack up and move to that beach but there is no parking so my husband had to bike back. The next day we got dropped off with our stuff at Gulf Trace. We couldn't find the chairs again and were told they had been brought to Blue Mountain beach. Outside of that inconvenience we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend that they purchase pot holders (we couldn't find any) and have an exterminator spray the house. We found a decent amount of bugs and roaches.

The house is open and spacious, yet has room enough so guests can retreat to their own private spaces. Catching the breeze on the rooftop desk has become a favorite pastime with many of our guest. The location off 30A puts you right in the middle of everything. You can visit great shops, restaurants, or state parks in Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, or Blue Mountain by bike or car. While in the middle of 30A, The Preserve has a feeling of a small neighborhood coastal community where it is safe for the kids to ride bikes or play ball in the street. The gated path to the beach leads to one of the most picturesque spots on a beach that has been voted one of the best in North America. Please accept our apologies for the confusion with the beach chairs. The vendor no longer has any doubt to the location of the chairs. We are looking forward to the opportunity to make your next visit that much better!
