The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. We were a party of 8 and everyone got their own room. You can see the ocean from the balconies. You are literally just 20 steps from the beach access. The house had all the amenities you would need for planning and cooking meals. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. I could text RD with any questions and they were always prompt! Overall an AMAZING experience!

We had a wonderful family trip while staying at Bikini’s & Martini’s. The home was a very short walk to beach access making it a very easy walk for older adults and our young kids to hit the sand. The home was very clean, well stocked, and furnished nicely. This has been our favorite place to stay in our several years of visiting 30A. The Royal team was easy to work with and had everything ready to go well in advance and ready to assist if needed during the stay.

The house is beautifully decorated. Just a few steps out the door and you’re on the beach. It’s so nice to have the pool onsite, a huge plus.
